These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nursery Memories Google Chrome extension (the “Extension”), developed by Nursery Memories (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Use of the Extension

You may use the Extension solely for personal, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
The extension is designed to download photos and documents from ParentZone for your personal use. You are responsible for complying with ParentZone's terms and any applicable laws regarding downloaded content.
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Extension without our prior written consent.
Use the Extension for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Extension.

2. Privacy

We may collect, store, or process limited information as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Extension, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

3. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all related content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Nursery Memories or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nursery Memories shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, computer failure, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Extension, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Extension will immediately cease.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Extension after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
